RULE 01 — FILE IT UNDER THE RIGHT TAB
An entry means the category named — no more. A transcription entry never implies court certification; a mailbox entry never implies USPS authority.
RULE 02 — WRITE IT DOWN, IN THE OPEN
Everything the Site asserts appears on a public page. Engagements, quotes, and work orders are agreed in writing — not assumed from a website.
RULE 03 — NOTHING MOVES BY EMAIL ALONE
The office never solicits payments, documents, or credentials by unsolicited email. Anyone who does — claiming to be LWR — is an impersonator.

Why nine tabs instead of one list?
Because the scope covers genuinely different work. Document typing and repossession services share almost nothing operationally — filing them under separate tabs keeps the pad honest about which categories cluster together and which stand apart.
Can I drop off work or open a mailbox through this Site?
No. The Site has no work queue, mailbox rental system, payment function, or client onboarding. It is a business information reference only. Engagements and rentals are arranged directly, in writing — never through a web form on this Site.
Do the collections and credit entries mean you collect debts?
The pad lists categories within the company's declared business scope — it is not a debt-collection channel, a credit-report dispute portal, or a claim of licensure. If you owe a debt, dispute a report, or face repossession, use official channels: the collector's written notice, the bureau's dispute process, or legal counsel. Never send payment or personal financial data through this Site.
Someone emailed me "from LWR" demanding payment — is it real?
