// PRIVACY POLICY — LAST REVIEWED THIS SESSION

How the office handles what lands in the tray.

LWR Enterprises LLC, registered at 189 W 3325 N, North Ogden, UT 84414, United States, publishes this website — developed and maintained under the direction of developer LWR Enterprises — to describe the company's business scope and to receive ordinary correspondence. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1. What This Site Is (and Isn't)

This website is an informational reference. It does not provide work intake, mailbox rental, payment processing, collection or dispute handling, or client onboarding. Because none of that exists here, we collect far less information than a service portal — principally what you choose to send us by email or through the memo slip, plus ordinary technical logs generated when you browse.

2. Information We Collect

  • Correspondence you send. Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), tab/entry selections, and the content of your message when you contact the office by email or the Site's memo slip.
  • Technical data. Standard web-server and hosting logs — IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, timestamps, and referring URLs — collected automatically by our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting) for security and performance purposes.
  • Cookies and similar storage. The Site may use strictly necessary storage for preferences (for example, interface state). We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site profiling cookies, or behavioral analytics sold to third parties.

3. What We Do With It

  • Responding to inquiries you send to the office (the primary and intended use).
  • Maintaining the security, availability, and performance of the Site.
  • Complying with legal obligations — for example, responding to valid legal process or investigating fraud or impersonation.
  • Improving page content and navigation based on aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share correspondence with data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. What We Never Collect by This Channel

The office will never ask you, through this Site or by email, for login credentials, passwords, account numbers, payment card details, Social Security numbers, tax records, medical records, or debt-related documents. If you receive a request like that in our name — including anything framed as a "collection notice" or "credit dispute" — it is fraudulent. Do not respond; forward it to contact.t.einarsen@lwrenter.shop.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

  • Service providers. Firebase Hosting (Google) serves the Site and processes technical logs under its own privacy framework.
  • Legal process. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the company and the public — including investigating impersonation and fraud.
  • Business transfers. If the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, correspondence may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

Correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations — generally no longer than three years for routine inquiries. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's retention schedule. You may request earlier deletion of routine correspondence (see §9).

7. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS/TLS. Correspondence is transmitted by email and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards proportionate to the limited data this Site handles.

8. Your Rights Under Utah Law

As a Utah company, we take the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) and similar state frameworks seriously. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of it.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of personal data you provided to us.
  • Opt out of processing for targeted advertising or sale — which we do not conduct in the first place.

9. How to Exercise Those Rights

Email contact.t.einarsen@lwrenter.shop with the subject line "Privacy Request" from the address in question. We will verify the request, respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days under the UCPA), and tell you if we need more information. You may appeal a denial by replying to our response.

10. Children

The Site is a business reference directed at adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact the office and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may reference external resources (for example, regulatory agencies or consumer-protection resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites; review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Site or applicable law changes. The "last reviewed" line at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page; continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
